HEJO’S owners originate from province Fu Jian, China and this seafood restaurant is proudly named after both of their family names, “He” and “Zou”(J o). The owners were once students in UTAS and resided in Tasmania, they were so deeply attracted to the culture and the natural ingredients around and decided to combine these ingredients to create an unique dish. Each of our unique dishes is delicately prepared and presented by our Master Chef He, inspired by the abundance of Tasmania Natural Ingredients, from a wide range of organic vegetables to fresh seafood. We have been receiving rave reviews from both tourists and locals alike. Our traditional Chinese cuisine is integrated with local flavours and inspired by the chef's creativity and innovation.
